Bacon Feta and Broccoli Salad

Prep time: 10-15 minutes

Total time: 15-25 minutes
Equipment: Cutting board, sharp knife, sheet tray, aluminum foil, mixing bowl, measuring cups and spoons.
Ingredients:
2 heads broccoli
6 slices thick cut bacon
1 cup bulgur wheat
4-6 green onions
1 clove garlic
1 lemon
3-5 radishes
1 small pinch of parsley
½ cup chopped almonds
5oz feta
1 tbsp Calabrian chilies
2 tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
¼ - ½ cup Olive oil

Directions:
Pre heat oven to 375f and line a sheet tray with foil.
Place 4-6 strips of thick cut bacon on foil and bake in oven for 12-18 minutes, flipping at least 1 time halfway through.
While bacon is cooking, heat 2 cups of water to a boil in a pot. Once at a boil, pour in 1 tsp salt and 1 cup of bulgur wheat.
Reduce heat to a low and cook for 12-15 minutes, covered. Remove lid and leave on the warm burner (heat off) to allow steam to escape and the last bit of water to absorb.
Slice the 2 heads of broccoli florets, 3-5 slice green onions, 1 clove garlic, 3-5 radish, and 1 large pinch of parsley and combine in mixing bowl.
Drizzle in ¼ cup olive oil, juice and zest of 1 lemon, ½ - 1 tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper, 1 tsp Calabrian chili, and toss in cooked bulgur wheat. Chop bacon and crumble feta and toss in with the broccoli.
Stir well to combine serve.
